  As a parent, I have never been treated so badly as I was by these people. This is one of the good ole boy towns, I was disgusted that they listed my sons step-mother as his mother prior to listing me as his mother. I would not recommend ever doing business this place. When I asked for a receipt for the service that I paid half of, I was furnished with a receipt showing I didn't pay for any of my son's service and was told by the owners that I could use my cancelled check and that should be sufficient enough. I was told when I got to the funeral home that I could not see my son until my ex-husband got there that they didn't know who I was. They released all of my son's personal belongings to his aunt and grandmother not allowing me to have anything.
  
  I don't recommend this funeral home for anyone unless you are part of the Anson good ole boy system.....the funeral director did also throw out that my ex-husband had been fired from the school there which was rude and inconsiderate. The preacher didn't mention myself or two of Austins sisters in the service, I have never been so hurt and disappointed....hurting me is one thing but to hurt my daughters is another. This place has caused an even bigger rift in a divorced family.
